There is something slightly surreal about seeing a story that has lived in your head for so long suddenly exist… as a cover.
Also slightly terrifying. But mostly surreal.
Today, I finally get to share the cover for my next book, Till Theft Do Us Part, and I am very excited. Possibly overly excited. There may have been a moment where I just stared at it for a while like, oh. This is real now.
This story is a little different for me.
It still has everything I love writing, romance, banter, tension, a setting you can escape into.
But this time there’s also a mystery woven through it. A luxury wedding. A missing heirloom. A vineyard full of secrets. And, of course, a man who makes things far more complicated than they need to be.
The Cover

From the very beginning, I knew I wanted something that felt:
bright and fun
romantic, with a hint of drama
and unmistakably me
If you’ve read Van Life with Benefits, you might recognise the vibe, bold colours, a strong central couple, and that sense of escapism I always seem to come back to.
The Story Behind It
Till Theft Do Us Part is set in Margaret River, one of my favourite places in Western Australia, all rolling vineyards, coastal air, and that relaxed, sun-soaked energy that makes everything feel just a little bit magical.
It is also, as it turns out, an excellent place for things to go mildly (and then significantly) wrong.
At the centre of it all is Holly Sinclair, a wedding planner who is extremely good at keeping everything under control.
Which is helpful. Because she’s about to be dealing with:
a billionaire wedding of the year
a priceless heirloom that goes missing days before the big day
and Noah Langston, a vineyard owner who is, unfortunately, both unhelpful and very difficult to ignore
What starts as a relatively straightforward search quickly turns into something much messier, uncovering secrets that have been sitting quietly in the background for years.
And, naturally, nothing stays simple for long.
Why I Love This Cover
I think what I love most about this cover is that it captures the feeling of the story.
It’s romantic, but not overly soft. There’s a hint of tension there, a sense that things might not go entirely to plan.
Which… feels accurate.
It also reminds me how much I loved writing this book. The setting, the characters, the slightly unpredictable energy of it all, it’s all there in one image.
And there is something very exciting about seeing that.
Also, and this feels important, it makes me smile every time I look at it, which I’m choosing to take as a very positive sign.
Coming Soon
I’ll be sharing more about the book (and a few behind-the-scenes bits) very soon, but for now I just wanted to finally show you what I’ve been working on.
Thank you for celebrating this moment with me. I cannot wait for you to meet Holly and Noah in Maragaret River!
I would love to know what you think of the cover. Feel free to get in touch and share your thoughts.
With gratitude,
Sarah
